Penalty Clause
If the website owner's account or financial system is affected due to a user's transaction, the responsible user will be required to pay a penalty of 5x the payment amount. Example: If the payment amount is ₹1,000, the penalty will be ₹5,000.
Legal Cost Liability
The responsible user will also be required to pay any additional legal expenses, investigation costs, or charges incurred while resolving the issue.
